This is a two-storey semi-detached property. The ground floor consists of a separate lounge and dining room giving everyone space to relax and unwind.
The lounge has an LG smart TV and sound system.
There is a wood burner for those cozy dark Autumn and Winter evenings.
The dining room has views out to the garden and you will find seating for 6 people along with a highchair for those little visitors.
The well equipped modern kitchen is perfect for those nights where you choose to stay in as opposed to eating out at one of the lovely local eateries.
There is also a downstairs toilet for your convenience.
Upstairs you will find a bathroom with separate bath and rainfall-head walk in shower.
The master bedroom has a super king size bed which can be turned into 2 single beds upon request.
The second bedroom has a king size bed and sits at the front of the house making it bright and airy.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds at 2ft 6inches wide each.
At the rear of the house there is a patio area with a table and chairs so you can dine outside on those balmy summer evenings. This leads on to the enclosed garden.

Guests will have access to the entire house.

I won't be around in person but am easy to contact. The local cleaning and property management team will make sure stay is as good as it can be.

Rhos on Sea is a charming little seaside town sat between Llandudno and Colwyn Bay. With a lovely little harbour, the ‘Cayley’ promenade and beach, children’s playground and paddling pool, a lot’s of places to eat and drink, there really is something for everybody here.
If you want to be a little more active on your break, the Bryn Euryn Nature Reserve is ready for the hiker in you, take on a round of golf at the Rhos on Sea golf course or bike along the extensive cycle path along the coastline.

The nearest railway station is Colwyn Bay which is just over a mile from the house.
The No 12 Bus runs from Llandudno to Rhyl passing through Rhos-on Sea and Colwyn Bay. Buses are frequent approx every 15 minutes throughout the day and run from 6am to 11pm. The nearest bus stop is in Colwyn Avenue opposite the Cricket Club.

There is a high chair and travel cot available at the property.
Washing machine and fridge freezer are located in the garage outside accessed via the back door of the property.
There is a bolt on both the front and back of the garden gate.
